Students in the Spring 2024 U.S. Historical Geographies (Geog 254) contributed to Vol. 5 of “Geographies of the New Deal in North Carolina”. Based on archival research projects, students used ArcGIS StoryMapping to create geo-visualizations of several New Deal projects that took shape in North Carolina, and to explore their legacies in the landscape, arts, and public culture.
