My essay “Cratered Landscapes” has been published in New Geographies 11: Extraterrestrial. Its subject is the use of the Nevada nuclear test site as a training ground for extraterrestrial futures during the 1960s and 1970s, including some stories left out of Proving Grounds for whatever reason.
